Avish Bhama is the Founder/CEO of Vaurum. Prior to starting Vaurum, he worked at Apple on their foreign exchange team, spent time in the venture capital industry recruiting for startups, was formerly a fixed income trader, and worked at a multi-manager hedge fund during the height of the credit crisis.

Hugo Godschalk, a native Dutchman from Den Haag (1957) has been living and working in Germany for almost 40 years. He studied economics at the University of Münster/Westfalia (1974 – 1979). He then spent 5 years as research staff at the same university. Following his PhD in economics in 1982 with a dissertation on electronic money, he started his career in the payments industry at the Gesellschaft für Zahlungssysteme (GZS) in Frankfurt, last as head of business administration. From 1990 until 1993, he worked for 3 years as a senior consultant for Ordina (Germany) GmbH, covering payment and card business related topics. Since 1993 he is managing director and founder of PaySys Consultancy in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2000 PaySys Consultancy represents the European Payments Consulting Association (EPCA) as German founding member. In 2011 Hugo initiated the Prepaid Forum Deutschland (PFD) as platform of the prepaid industry in Germany. He is representing this group as managing director. He is member of the advisory board of the German Association of the Regiogeld initiatives and since 2003 member of the advisory board of PayComm (database community of the European payment industry).

He published several books, expert reports and many articles to monetary and payment related topics (reform, history, innovation, regulation, complementary currencies etc.).

Radoslav Albrecht studied economics and finance in Germany and Great Britain. He worked in investment banking and strategy consulting before he became a Bitcoin entrepreneur. At the beginning of 2013 Radoslav cofounded the peer-to-peer Bitcoin lending site Bitbond.net. He also runs the German website bitcoins21 which explains brick and mortar shops how they can integrate and accept Bitcoin as a means of payment.

John Delono is an entrepreneur and cryptocurrency trader. After graduating with an MBA from the Cave Hill School of Business, he worked for a number of digital payment companies where he began to take interest in Bitcoin. He is the founder of Bitcoin Reviewer, the leading authority dedicated to reviewing Bitcoin poker websites. His interests include cryptography, Austrian economics, and writing.

Ken Griffith is the co-founder and Business Development Lead for Dinero Limited. Dinero provides software that enables digital currency issuances, trading and automated exchange on the Mac, PC or Android phone.

Anna MacLachlan is a copywriter and content strategist for Revel Systems, an iPad point of sale which added bitcoin functionality earlier this year. A Montana native, she graduated from NYU with a Master of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought. When not writing for Revel, she enjoys learning French, riding her bike through San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, and reading Raymond Chandler.
